Wells Fargo, in partnership with Enterprise Community Partners, has launched the Housing Affordability Breakthrough Challenge (HABC)—a national competitive grant program designed to help scale proven, innovative solutions that expand housing access and affordability.

Through this initiative, five organizations will each receive $2 million in grant funding, along with technical assistance, industry mentorship, and participation in a national peer learning cohort. We are seeking scalable solutions across design & construction, finance, and service delivery & programs, with a focus on models that demonstrate readiness for growth, replication, and measurable community impact.
